Aruu falls are located along kitgum-gulu high way in northern part of Uganda. From Kampala city, the falls are roughly 386km and about 57km from kitgum and 47km from Gulu city. The falls are situated around local communities of Acholi and Langi region. The Aruu Falls can be reached in about 15 minutes on a dusty route after crossing the Aswa Bridge in Agagura
