Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Bwindi
You will be picked up from your hotel and set off from Kampala to Bwindi impenetrable national park. The journey will take about 9-10 hours passing via Masaka- Mbarara route. Although the route seems to be long distance, it is worthy it because you will fall in love with the road trip where you spot various beautiful sceneries like Equator, lake Mburo national park where you will spot zebras, warthogs, giraffes, elephants and many more. While on the way, you will have lunch in Mbarara district and proceed to Bwindi where you will spot Lake Bunyonyi and landscape in kabale.
Day 2: Gorilla trekking.
After having an early breakfast, you will have packed lunch with water, well dressed in comfortable hiking boots, rain coat, camera, long trousers, long t-shirt, and many more. The guide will take you to UWA center for briefing where you will be taught dos and don’ts of gorilla trekking. The ranger will take the lead after the briefing into the searching of gorillas in the forest. While with gorillas, they are given one hour visit and cameras are allowed without flashlights. If time allows after gorilla trekking, you can do nature walk around the neighboring local communities as you enjoy the Batwa culture. You will go back at the lodge for relaxation.
Day 3: Bwindi to Queen Elizabeth national park.
After an early morning delicious breakfast treat, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. The park is beautifully natured with water bodies, forest, savannah grassland as
well as wetlands. You will enter the park via Ishasha sector which famously known for tree climbing trees with other various mammals as you enter northern side of the park where you will stay for an overnight.

Day 4: game drive, boat cruise and birding
You will wake up early morning, have breakfast then head to queen Elizabeth national park for early morning game drive along Kasenyi tracks in search of mammals like: Lions, Cape Buffalos, Elephants, Warthogs, Waterbucks, Spotted hyenas, Mangoose, Kobs and, if you are lucky, the leopard is also oftenly spotted. Notably the park inhabits over 600 bird species and so most of them will be spotted along kazinga channel and during game drive. After the 2-3 hours of the game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch meal as you warm up for the exciting activity of afternoon that a boat cruise on kazinga channel. During the boat cruise, you will spot various reptiles like crocodile, hippopotamus and mammals like buffalos, elephnats along the lake shores with various bird species. The activity will take about 2-3 hours then after head back to the same lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Departure
Walk up and take your meal breakfast as you watch the sunrise in the wilderness. Checkout of the hotel after and then head back to Kampala hence the end of 5 days trip.
